Angel was born in Freecdem, the capital of Panseola. His father, Albert Matthew, is a surgeon, he was not very successful in his career. And his mother, Angelica Matthew, is a restorer by education, but was a housewife. Father's ancestors belonged to the first generation of migrants from Omorfokella, and grandmother Angel's parents had moved to Panseola at the beginning of the 13th century. This means that Angel is not an Omorfokellian, although many Panseolians mistake him for a foreigner. Parents were on a good relationship, but sometimes argued, once they were even on the verge of a divorce. Angel also has an older sister, Monica, with whom he has a wonderful relationship to this day. Angel had a really happy childhood. Mom gave him to different clubs so that he could get a lot of skills. But he has long forgotten most of this, but still he can to play the guitar. He never had many friends and was comfortable without them, after all he had a family and spent most of his time with them.
His parents passed away when Angel was 12 and he to lived with his uncle and aunt until he came of age. It cannot be said that life with relatives was bad, but not so good. After Angel graduated from a school, he entered the medical university as a scholarship (this is not entirely fair, because he cheated some of the exams).
