Chaplain - more commonly known as simply Charly - is the rival, enemy, and sole "brother" of Grievous, and likewise used to bully him [Grievous] as a "pup"/child. -Similarly, he is very cocky, standoffish, and bold; often liking to brag about his strength within various feats.

He's also the cause of Grievous' eventual "forced decent"/reconfiguration into a damon,  but we don't talk about that.
