Profile
Despite being the higher energy console that led the way into the fourth generation, Huey isn’t remembered as much as his competitors. Being PC Engine’s identical twin brother, Huey was unfairly compared to his rivals and eventually became good friends with one of them. After Gen moved to America, he quickly fell for Huey and the two started dating for a while. Things were normal until Gen got into an argument over Huey’s somewhat-childlike hobbies with him. Huey was upset over everything and decided to run away from the industry, and Gen, forever.
Now out of the industry, Huey started focusing on acting more like a human and tried to assimilate into human society. He got a job at a toy store chain due to his love for model trains and other toys, but it wasn’t a good fit as the other employees bullied him for being a console. One day, one of the higher-ups lured him into a storage closet and locked him in there forever. Huey was left with his TurboExpress, a power adapter, and a stack of games. (Consoles can’t die from starvation like humans can, thankfully.) After the toy store closed down, Huey finally managed to break out of the closet after nearly three decades and was met with the decomposing store.
Gen, feeling remorse for his actions, changed his ways and started fighting against the industry and judgmental people right after losing Huey. Much later into the future, Nix agreed to break into an old toy store with him where the two finally reunited.
(but that’ll come in a sequel lol)
