COPYRIGHT & LEGAL (CUSTOM DESIGN)
1. I reserve all rights to the character design, including for use as a portfolio piece, a commission example, and promotion on my own social media. Credit to the current owner will ALWAYS be given in this case.
2. You may not sell them to publicly blacklisted users. If you know this, and knowingly trade or sell to them, you will also be publicly blacklisted.
3. You may not make any form of profit off of this design, or use it for commercial use. This is considered copyright infringement. The one exception is if someone commissions you to draw your own character.
4. You may not alter or remove my watermark/signature from the image or otherwise claim the design as your own.
5. You may use the design for personal use (upload to social media platforms for example) and must provide full credit in the form of a link to my Toyhou.se or DeviantArt profile. SEE 7.
6. You may not use my character designs to promote hateful speech or actions. This includes but is not limited to, racism, sexism, misogyny, lgbtphobia, transphobia, pedophilia, and zoophilia.
7. In the event the character I have designed for you is uploaded to Toyhouse: you must credit me in the “Creator” or “Designer” fields with my Toyhouse username. DeviantArt, Instagram, Buzzly, or any other links do not constitute proper credit and I will contact you to give you an opportunity to input my Toyhouse username. If you fail to do this, you will be blacklisted.
8. You may not delete any character designs I have created off of Toyhouse, or otherwise modify the credits. This will also get you blacklisted.
In the event that you somehow lose or corrupt the original file of the custom design you commissioned from me: please message me! I keep a copy of every original file on hand in case this very situation happens, and I will be happy to provide you with it at no extra charge.
