Cat Adopt's Ownership

Do as you wish. Once bought/adopted its yours.

Credit is nice but not required. :3

• Design Changes: You can change purchased designs in any way. 
• Response Time: If you don't respond for a few days after claiming/buying/winning the adopt it'll be put back up for free/sale/prize.  You'll have another chance to get it unless its a prize. In the case of it being a prize it goes to the next person. If you want me to hold the design for a while please tell me as soon as possible.
• Commercial Use: You may use my designs commercially. However, you may not use my artwork commercially. This means you need to use your own art or art you've commissioned with permission to use commercially.

Reselling

I don't mind you reselling my designs. If you like reselling a lot we could work out a deal of some sort.

• Sale/Trade/Gifting: You may resell, trade, or gift designs by me regardless of how you initially obtained them from me. This includes gifts and freebies of any kind.
• Character Value: Any art adds to the value of a character.

All additions to my blacklist will happen quietly. You may never find out unless I say something like "You've been blacklisted." which I will only say if you try trading with me again. 

My blacklist is not public and I will not prevent you from getting designs made by me. I just won't deal with you myself and you may be prevented from things such as using breeding tickets.

If you're on my blacklist for whatever reason you can ask to be removed. Depending on why you're on there, how nicely you ask, and how long you've been on there is how I determine if you get removed from it.

• False Chargeback: Instant blacklist.
• Extremely Rude: Please be nice.

I will never reclaim a design. This means once it's sold, it's sold. I will never force you to return a design. So any design acquired before being blacklisted is still yours.
