Charlotte is the Magician Jester of the Dream Circus! She's mischevious and playful, and always seems to be wearing a smile on her face. She doesn't stop for anything!

Her crystal scepter can create wonderful illusions, though they may not always be pleasant, as she likes to do as she pleases.
