Born in Arcadius, Zaire is a free-spirited creative with a desire to discover. He is a welder and creates sculptures from variously sourced scrap metal. Though Arcadius is the place he spent most of his childhood, Zaire is a rogue, and travels about often in almost any place you can think of. He's moved around, from Olybrius to aboveground, and now resides in Anthea. He frequently appears both above and below hustling CDs from various sources; some stolen from his old job at the CD shop, some given to him by musicians, others of questionable origin... all you need to know is there's a reason why this guy has so many pockets. ; ) Other hobbies include skateboarding, yo-yoing, cooking, being a flirt for no purpose... for some reason he is above average at almost anything he puts himself to, but has a habit of not applying himself further than what he's comfortable with.
Zaire's cat. Zaire found him in the Phaedra alleyways when he was 19. Inseparable duo. Billy seems to be the perfect furry companion for Zaire, as he is quite literally just like the man if he was in cat form. They are unnervingly similar, even down to taste in fashion...? Zaire will tell you all of the clothes Billy wears were picked by the cat himself. It's hard to believe until you meet the little guy.
