hi!! it's not a super commonplace thing on toyhou.se but you may see a couple people with something similar (i did get the idea from someone else), maybe with a different tag name (like "OK to draw" or just "art"). personally i give the link to this tag whenever someone owes me art (e.g. for a character trade/art trade, for a forum game) and i don't have a specific character in mind, so they can pick who to draw. i think that's how most people use it on here, but it may vary by person. i'm not looking to commission anyone at the moment. :]
