A young leader who was chosen by Starclan to lead Lavenderclan despite all odds against them. She has gone through a lot to get up to this point. She is exhausted beyond repair and just wants a break. She now understands why Eaglestar ran away from clan life. However, unlike Eaglestar, everything she cares for that hasn’t yet been stripped away from her remains with the clans. Now, all she can do is try to keep peace among the clans and keep her eye on Blueshadow all the while she watches over her strangely powerful kids…

Personality

Star is a cat known for her unfriendly disposition and unpopularity as a leader. While she had definitely improved over time, many cats still are hesitant to approach her knowing just how angry and spiteful she once was at everyone, regardless of who you were. She is well known to be a leader who at first rejected her nine lives from Starclan and turned her back on them. Due to this, many cats do not consider her the true leader of Lavenderclan for a long time, though eventually she gained the respect of the other clan leaders and a strong following after she saved the clans and got them to join together as they once were meant to be.

Backstory

Despite being known as the cat that started the Legion, Star herself is one who struggles to trust others due to not only her upbringing but also the fact that her own clan mates and family had tried to overthrow her several times in the past. She is not a cruel leader, but she is known to be far stricter than the past leader, Eaglestar, causing some distaste for her as leader by many of the cats who had grown up during Eaglestar’s reign. Her Flower Bonding ceremony itself was extremely controversial as she had grown up mostly ignored and avoided within the clan, an outcast. When she was young, she appeared to be delirious as she was often caught seemingly talking and muttering to herself, though, now it is understood that she was speaking to her Bonded Spirit, marking her as one of the first well-known Gatekeepers. So while cats no longer think she is crazy, they now detest for what she is and being the “beginning of the end of the clans.” Many cats also fear her for her strange abilities and what she can do. However, there also seems to be cats that worship her instead for being Marked and for the fact she saved the clans once, which makes Star deeply uncomfortable.
