Setsuna is a fairly young kitsune who has taken a fascination with the modern world. While she is tied to the traditions of the past she also seeks to understand and accept the ever changing ways of the present and future. She often gets frowned upon by older youkai and can be deemed a bit of an outcast or a failure by her clan. After her parents deemed her unworthy to take over guarding the shrine, she has taken it upon herself to find a new shrine to look after.
