probably buys a lot of fisher's fish from the market so they're very friendly. has a cow farm not far from goose's property, and he trades cow milk for goose's goat milk and eggs. goose and fisher introduced him to colt, and now the whole gang spends most nights at the bar just hanging out. colt and brooks end up alone a lot when goose and fisher go off on their own, so they've grown pretty close and they have a lot of good conversations! doesn't have any horses, but he rides one of colt's when the gang goes out on trail rides together

kind of cranky tbh, easily riled up and gets into a lot of fights 

very trigger happy, will jump to conclusions and start arguing before you even finish your sentence 

ALWAYS wears his bandana 

even though he's kind of a jackass, he's great with his friends. he's very gruff and quiet, but always happy to listen to the others talk and laugh and joke around. he takes a lot of shit from them, but they all tease each other and it's just a part of the dynamic. the nicest you'll ever see him is with his friends, and if you're lucky you may even get a smile from him

not very wound up, he's pretty relaxed. he really enjoys just sitting back and watching the world go by and judging endlessly in his head 

his friends pick on him for being a cranky "old man" even though he's younger than some of them 

he's definitely not mean, especially not to his friends 

he'd never admit it but he loves his friends a lot and doesn't know what he'd do without them. they know it too, but nobody talks about it.
