Blacklisting
> A strike system is used. If a user receives multiple strikes depending on severity, they will be blacklisted.
As of now the blacklist is private, but will be made public if necessary.
> Generally any violation of my terms will result in a strike or an instantaneous blacklist depending on what term has been violated.
Payment
> Only through PayPal.
> Price is to be paid upfront and in the next 24 hours unless payment plan has been discussed
> No refunds
> False bidding without being able to pay / backing out or ghosting me will result in blacklisting
> Blocking / Not paying after winning a bid / Refunding the money over paypal will result in blacklisting
Owning
> None of my designs are for commercial use unless discussed.
> Do not remove my watermark
> Toyhouse required
> Credit @peachmintyy / @mintyymoon on instagram or Peachyymint on toyhouse / DeviantArt
> Do not delete the toyhouse page i made after transferring ownership
> Only resell to users with a toyhouse profile that is also used. This assures that all owners are following my TOS and are not scamming people.
> You have to own the character for at least 2 weeks before reselling them again, buying my work just to put it up for sale again is strictly prohibited and will result in a blacklisting
> Converting my work into NFT or the like will instantly blacklist you.
Reselling
> Do not claim credit for the design
> Please let me know if ownership is changing so i know the adopt hasn't been stolen
> Reselling at a higher price is not allowed unless extra commissioned art is included. Not abiding by this rule will result in blacklisting.
> When reselling please let the buyer know of original price and do not sell my designs for real money if you've bought them for in-app or in-game currencies the like.
> Reselling / Minting / Converting my work into NFT or involving my work in NFT the like is prohibited and will result in instantaneous blacklisting

> Involving my work with NFT and the like will with no warning revoke your rights / ownership to my work and result in blacklisting. I do not condone NFT, it's practices and environmental impact and do not want my work to be connected to such in any way shape or form.
