Pandemonium
The Ruler of Everything[This AU borrows elements from "The Mask" Omnibus volumes 1 & 2.]
The mask of Pandemonium bestows its wearer with unlimited power and warpings of the mind. This begins with the boredom of a god who desires to satiate his curiosity of being anything other than a god, whipping up a plan to sneak off to Earth to have some fun but not all is so simple. The Prussian Blue Devil, a valiant friend, but a protector of life can not with good conscious let his friend run about. If he could not go, perhaps his mind...or face could go in his stead. With his body bound to the throne of curtain and stars, he peels his face and flings it into the cosmos. Eager to have some fun.
The current host's identity is unknown and most likely lost to time. The mask has been worn for so long that it has semi-fused with the head.
Encounter
Weapons
[ Fake-out gun ] - Either a pistol or an array of rifles and automatics, this is merely to cause fear as each barrel shoots out a flag saying "BANG!"
[ Sledgehammer] - A comically large hammer with a painted smiley face at on end. Causes ungodly amounts of structural damage.
[ Lead Pipe] - Though this doesn't do much damage, its melee damage is enough to knock people out cold.
Suits
[ Shapeshifting ] - Varies from situation to situation. Their clothes shift with them. With an affinity for yuppie and new wave fashion during the 80s and 90s. He's fond of zoot suits, gloves, and any pair of black pants that'll compliment a top.

Reports state that in desperate situations Pandemonium will extend his jaw to reveal rows of teeth stretching infinitely into his throat. This is used as a threat and unfortunately has been known to bite leaving cauterized wounds that leave little to no blood loss.

Besides being a persona of chaos, he has acquired many aliases. "The Duke", "The Devourer of Downtown", "Pan D. Onium.", and "The Green Devil". Good or bad, these names have given him credit in the town he's settled in.

With the eyes of a god, and the asymmetric viewing, it causes warping to the mind and whether or not things are real or make-believe.

He is immune to all damage, but with more physical damage down the more mental stability it'll wear on him. This comes with the added effect that no one can take off the mask except the wearer.
