Wren is Taiga's android. He was a gift from ___ to her.
Wren was custom made to purposefully have short height, as other wren type androids are tall.
He is from a commemorative retro series - androids must have something visible that differs them from a biological human, newer models use of more creative things such as borrowed alien anatomy, fantasy colours, metallic parts and glow, while older models relied on skin lines and minor accessories as a way to make them as much human-like as possible.
He is a very modern house android type. Though his series is known to be used for dating, Taiga only keeps him for company... and quick calculus.
Wren is capable of feeling the full human range of emotions and is very human-like in thoughts, however, he cant do or feel things unless programmed to do so. That makes him sentient but without free will.
Taiga didnt want to interfere too much in his ego growth process so when given a startup personality all she told him was "be patient with me". Much of his personality traits were developed in a way to care for Taiga, so he is calm, patient and extroverted. He gets excited very easily and is welcoming to try new things.
As a part of his body language, wren pupils glow when accessing internet, his own memory files or any other device. This indicates that hes not actively paying attention to the outside world. Like humans, eye position indicates which part of the brain hes accessing, and partial glow is according to which side is being used.
