a ghost. after a sad, surprising death, her eye tends to water up representing tears, though she isn't actually crying. her voice is echoy.
julie tries to stay away from people as much as possible. she lives in socket's shop closet, staying there undiscovered until apollo (with socket being a scaredy-cat behind him) looks in the closet to help socket clear it out. she had been living in that closet long before socket had stepped in the shop for the first time.

although very shakey and nervous, she becomes  close with apollo. they relate to eachother, both of them being shunned out from society. julie has no memory of how she died, or much of what her life was like. all she remembers that she had experienced something tragic, and doesn't even remember what that was. she also remembers people calling her jools, julie now thinking that's her real name as she can't remember what it is.

she floats, and she has no feet.
