However, fate intervenes when he meets Cheyenne, who assigns him the task of assassinating Abraxas and others working for him. He exchanged his life as a hunter for the perilous journeys as an assassin, despite the fear that Kidou might discover his lethal undertakings and leave him.

Zenta’s speech is impaired by the scar of a deep cut in his tongue, caused by Abraxas, which makes it difficult for him to speak clearly and leads Kidou to wonder how it happened.
