Design Terms of Use
All designs are subject to my TOS. If there are any questions regarding any of these terms, you are free to message me directly.
New owner will receive all digital files and online profiles of their character once payment has been cleared.
New owner receives all personal rights to the character and may change minor things in the design, but not the original image/s.
You MAY use this character for commercial purposes, however you MAY NOT, under any circumstances, sell this design as your own (i.e. selling the design as a skin for a game character).
New owner can re-upload the original design image/s to their own online accounts/profiles/galleries as long as my credits on the image/s remain intact, and I'm credited for the design at least once (which must include either a link back to my profile or the original submission).
Reselling is fine as long as it's not sold for more than it was bought for. A negotiable increase is allowed if art is being sold with the design.
If resold, the newest owner must abide by the same TOS stated here.
I reserve the right to draw any of the characters I've designed at any given point in time. The new owner will receive a copy, of course~
