Zacchary is a total dickhead and really only cares about his own successes, not of those around him. He's smart, cunning, and decently handsome, so many like him on those forefronts. Getting to know him or being his classmate is a bit awful though since he wants to be the top student and top hero. He won't sabotage anyone, intentionally anyway, but he's still an asshole.

His quirk is THUNDESTORM. While this sounds like he can make thunderstorms happen, he can't control the weather. He can manipulate and control thunderstorms, allowing rain to only happen in a certain area, or even allowing lightning to strike in a specific location.
