Personality
Mio's quick, both on his feet and mentally. He has ADHD, which means he's hyperactive and has trouble staying focused. He's deceiving and slick. A narcissistic fox, cocky to the guys and gals he likes/wants to sway in his favor, charismatic to get what he wants. He's cynical, cunning and sarcastic. Also calculating, silently acting intelligent and sly to make people trust him. Mio is wise-cracking around allies.
The only person he is truer to is Donna. Around her, he is caring, good-hearted, selfless and vulnerable. Around those trying to hurt her, he is sentimental and ax-crazy.
Trivia
- When listening to music alone, Mio will jam to Pop music on blast! But as soon as someone walks by, he'll switch it as fast as it can to the heaviest metal song he can find on the radio! (Unless it's Nova, then he turns on a song he knows will make Nova cringe to no end)

History
He and Donna used to be friends growing up. For the first half of his life, everything was good. Then his father lost his job and turned to alcohol and drugs. He then started abusing Mio and his mother. After beating his mother to the point of putting her in a coma, he tossed Mio out onto the street. Mio turned to a life of crime to help him survive, but he grew to like it.
Eventually, he was found by another member of A.R.P.P (Animal Rights Protection Program) while he was unconscious after a fist-fight. When he woke up and found out where he was, he refused to talk to anyone. The Donna was called in, and with the promise of getting his stuff back if he cooperated, he told her everything. After that, she told him that he was going to be their first run of the new Criminal rehabilitation program, designed to help criminals come back into society peacefully.
