Absolutely a mad scientist, though he would consider that term an insult. You simply don't understand the difference between madness and genius.

He is a cyborg, but he turned himself into one slowly over time rather than being created that way. Both of his arms are prosthetics (the right one is a more traditional robot arm, the left an experimental design filled with an electroconductive gel that functions in a similar way to a nervous system) he also has an artificial heart, lungs, eyes, and a robotic tail and spine. All of these were either damaged or blown off in various lab accidents, and he replaced them with his own inventions.

He has a very loose grasp on ethics, and doesn't really understand why other people are so emotionally attached to their body parts. Don't fall asleep around this guy or you'll wake up with one of your organs missing.

He speaks with a heavy Swiss-German accent. English is his second language.

Design notes:

• His fur is very short and smooth so it shouldn't have many visible tufts.
• Muzzle slightly curved on the top, like a bull terrier but not so pronounced.
• He can be drawn with an old fashioned labcoat on, but this is optional!
