Shinoa appears to be a stunning lady with striking scarlet hair. She is a fairly tall women with a curvaceous body and full breasts. Her outfit consists of the basic officer suit that is commonly worn amongst the other Momotarous and a skirt that is accompanied by semi see-through leggings with heels. Additionally her full suit really brings out her voluptuous figure.

Shinoa was born from parents who were known skilled people of the Momotaro Clan. Her parents was ranked highly in the agency which caused high expectations to be planced on her by others. This caused her to feel inferior with what she does when she was younger since in addition to having such highly viewed parents, she was also constantly compared with her older sister. It was not to say she wasn't talented as well but instead she was expected to 'do better' instead of being praised with her current achievements and abilities. That was the start of her obsession of striving to improve and getting much more stronger than she already is. One would say its more of a motivational obsession but instead, it really turned out to be an unhealthy one when she started to prioritize getting stronger and pushing her limits rather than coming out alive in a fight. She also developed an arrogant attitude towards Oni in time, which would be deemed dangerous for her own wellbeing when dealing with certain Oni since she tends to underestimate them due to being overconfident with her own ability after all the training she went through to hone her abilties and improve herself to live up to the expectations of people that were put on her.

She is a momotaro, which allows her to use and manipulate black bacteria.

Black Bacteria Ability - Sacred Shrine: Shinoa can manipulate her black bacteria to take the form of the surroundings of a shrine. Such includes the forms of two sakura tress at each side and a shrine gate in the middle, while also having a fox yokai that she can control at will. These entities that she creates each have different utilizations and such have the following abilities:

• Sakura trees: The numerous petals of the sakura trees can be used to attack her opponents, inflicting harmful cuts on them and possibly deal deadly injuries.
• Shrine gate: The full use of the abilty of this entity is yet to be shown in use, however it is hinted that it is utilized with defense purposes.
• Fox Yokai: Shinoa summons a huge fox-like yokai that she can manipulate at ease to carry out her attacks. The examples of the attacks that the fox carries out as such are biting down on the target's body and cutting them to pieces.

Superhuman Physical Attributes: Being a Momotarou and dealing with onis, she has a high physical strength, as shown by easily taking down many demons.
