an evil gnome wizard that polluted and mutated both the area around his tower and himself with wild magic while trying to discover the secret of travelling between different planes of existence. another part of his research involves using the wild magic to mutate dragon eggs (which he steals,) turning them into faerie dragons. if he stings something with his tail it has a temporary mutation effect that lasts a few days at most, most often resembling the strange traits fairies can develop.
