Death, Demise

Overseer of a once dead planet ruled by an eldrich being and their abominations. Nearly everything was wiped out; the other gods perished or fled, and due to his nature he was the only one left. So he took an undead soul and granted her great power, transforming her into a demi-god that could tear and consume monsters and eldrich alike. Once the planet was cleansed Death took the very last seed, something he struggled to keep alive and planeted it in the demi-god's chest, and finally let her undead life come to an end. As thanks for everything she had done Death set her soul free to be reborn elsewhere, hoping she would find a new and better life. Meanwhile her body fed and nurished the new seed which grew and grew, and eventually a new god was born from the thriving plants, one of life. Now the planet can be reborn and start anew, and always Death watches over all.
