Joy’s friend and other member of Team Shadowhunters. Penny’s a couple years younger than Joy and is much more mellow and shy. Her parents are famous among the guild for their strength, so she kind of feels like she doesn’t live up to their legacy. She doesn’t want to let them down, but she’s scared that if she tries she’ll fail and bring shame upon her family’s name. She’s a bit of a perfectionist.
