Backstory

Lilith was born into immense wealth and privilege as the youngest heir to a family empire of the Aqua Drive Industries. Their cars, each a marvel of engineering and aesthetics, dominated the market. However, Lilith’s life wasn’t as perfect as it seemed from the outside. Unlike her parents and siblings, who epitomized societal ideals of beauty and form, Lilith was born with a rare family trait: a second pair of arms. This anomaly was a genetic quirk that only appeared once every few generations. Medical experts determined that the additional arms were deeply integrated into her nervous system, making surgical removal impossible without risking severe, life-threatening complications.

At first, Lilith thought her family’s status would shield her from ridicule, but she quickly learned otherwise. She grew up hearing whispers in the halls of her family’s sprawling estate, catching glimpses of the maids exchanging pitying glances. Her parents, though not cruel, were distant, treating her condition as an embarrassment rather than a unique gift. Private school provided no refuge. The all-girls academy Lilith attended was a hotbed of elitism and perfectionism, and she found herself embroiled in constant fights with classmates who mocked her appearance. Her four arms became both a physical and emotional burden. By the time she was a teenager, Lilith was ready to request homeschooling, desperate for a reprieve from the bullying and isolation.

Then she met Echo

Echo was unlike anyone Lilith had ever encountered—vibrant, unapologetic, and fearless. Echo didn’t care about her four arms or her wealth; she simply saw Lilith for who she was. They bonded instantly, discovering a shared love for mechanics, problem-solving, and rebellion against societal expectations. Through Echo, Lilith met Stacy, and the trio became inseparable. For the first time, Lilith felt like she belonged. As they grew older, Lilith and Echo became even closer. Together, they joined Echo’s father’s company, the Tech Innovators, collaborating on projects that merged their creativity and engineering brilliance, like the car radio they invented together. Lilith cherished every moment working alongside Echo, though she never voiced her growing romantic feelings.

It was during this time that Lilith met Dr. Command File, a renowned roboticist and biochemist celebrated for her revolutionary work in medicine. Intrigued by Dr. File’s intellect and charm, Lilith found herself drawn into conversations that extended beyond casual acquaintance. Dr. File’s vision for innovation fascinated her, though a faint sense of unease lingered. One day, Dr. File approached Lilith with a proposition: she needed herbivore test subjects for a groundbreaking product. Though reluctant, Lilith briefly entertained the idea but ultimately pulled back, distancing herself from the scientist.

Around the same time, Lilith learned that her school was hosting a grand ball. With her heart set on asking Echo as her date, Lilith rehearsed her confession endlessly, only to have her hopes dashed when Stacy invited Echo first. Watching Echo’s joy as she accepted Stacy’s invitation shattered Lilith. Heartbroken and consumed by jealousy, Lilith made a devastating decision. Blinded by her emotions, she approached Dr. File and offered Echo and Stacy as test subjects, rationalizing that it was a harmless trial. Lilith orchestrated the entire event, hiring wolves to abduct the pair from the dance. She watched from a hidden room as Dr. File’s experiments began, unaware of the horrors about to unfold.

The consequences were catastrophic. The serum was far from safe; Stacy succumbed to its effects in agony. Echo, however, survived but was irreversibly changed. The experiment triggered a mutation that transformed her into a jackalope—a rare species thought extinct. Echo’s once-familiar form became a haunting reminder of Lilith’s betrayal. When Echo woke, disfigured and traumatized, her fury and sorrow were immeasurable. Echo abandoned her, her family, the company, and the rest of her friends, cutting all ties. Lilith was left to pick up the pieces. Named as CEO alongside Echo’s father, she poured herself into the company, burying her guilt beneath her work.

Years passed, but Lilith never forgot Echo. When Dr. File captured Echo again, Lilith’s lingering obsession resurfaced. She assisted with the experiments, convincing herself it was the only way to keep Echo close. Despite knowing how much pain she had caused, Lilith couldn’t let go of her feelings. Even after Echo escaped once more, Lilith remained deeply entangled in her toxic fixation, leveraging her influence to aid Dr. File in tracking her down. In Lilith’s mind, Echo was both her greatest failure and her last chance at redemption—or perhaps, her ultimate possession.

"See! Now we are both freaks, now you can love me, right? I've always loved you. Now you have to love me back! Please! Everything I Did was for you, Only you."

Lilith has a passion for painting, often creating abstract pieces that depict her emotions. She hides them in her private studio, as they often reflect her guilt and inner turmoil.

Lilith always wears a set of intricate gold bangles on her upper and lower arms. They were a gift from her grandmother, the only family member who never treated her differently.

Despite her wealth, Lilith attended a public university to prove herself. She excelled in mechanical engineering and business management.

Lilith’s four arms aren’t just for show—they give her enhanced dexterity and make her an exceptional mechanic. She can assemble complex machinery faster than most.

She owns a rare species of mini axolotl, named Lumi, which she keeps in a custom-built aquarium in her office.

Despite her confident exterior, Lilith has an intense fear of being abandoned or forgotten, which drives much of her obsessive behavior.

She collects antique car models, a nod to her family’s business, and displays them in a glass case at her estate.

She hopes to one day apologize to Echo and make amends, though she’s too prideful and afraid to face her in the flesh and kinda wishes Echo would choose her instead of Stacy for the dance.
