A mysterious serial killer in the late 1980s. He was kidnapped when he was 4 by a man named Leo. The older man had every intent in killing Travis, but saw potential in the child when he fought back against him. Leo kept him alive and attempted to shape him into a killer just like him. ... I guess it worked because Travis eventually murdered Leo.
