Elvis

He looks little but he's actually well into adulthood! Elvis doesn't really have any desire to evolve right now and puts most of his efforts into rebuilding Snowpeak's half-functioning rescue guild. You could say he's the Guildmaster, but he's not officially recognized by the other guilds just yet. He's trying, though, and has a small number of Pokemon working for him.

Because of the nature of the rescue guilds to provide public services for nearby towns and villages, Elvis' guild tends to work closely with the hunter's guild. The two don't really get along, but Elvis views it solely as a business relationship and leaves it at that.
