The truth is Treestar doesn’t have much history! Or at least a beginning they can remember. Perhaps they were an amalgamation created by some child alchemist, or the freak lovechild between two experiments gone wrong. Who knows! All they know is they exist and can warp around different time periods. They also seem to live forever??? Maybe? It’s hard to say as they don’t know how long they’ve been around, it's just definitely been a while. They seem to possess some sorta 90s dino magic that keeps them young and healthy and totally radical.
Treestar spends most their time exploring and going on little adventures. They love popping into the arcade to beat the latest high scores or going to the mall to shop for new bright fashion. In some ways they’re like a ghost, appearing at random all over history. You never really know where, or in what form, they will show up.
Treestar is a childish fun-loving goof deep inside, but can be really shy when you first get to know them. Those who stick around will see this dino transform from a quiet and meek creature into a boisterous laughing ray of sunshine. They have a lot of love in their heart, almost so much so it can be overwhelming, though they don’t always know how best to express it.
They can be overbearing if not a bit obnoxious at times! At other moments they are curious and ready to lend an ear, or a shoulder to cry on if you need it. They aren’t skilled at comfort but they will do their best, giving their friends big bear hugs.

When it comes to love, Treestar is Bi! They really like sweet soft mates who baby them a bit. Though they could easily fall for a stricter sterner lover as well... It's hard to say, as they often don't really know who they'll end up crushin on!

- They easily get grouchy when they haven't had a nap and do sometimes snore. 😴

- They were created purely from my dino-obsessed childhood nostalgia. They represent a lot of memories.
Treestar may also possess the ability to teleport as well as time travel, as they can appear at a 90s arcade, then a y2k mall, then return to some jurassic era to munch on some ferns.

- Eyes have a 'hypno' shape and can be any color from palette.
- Always have sharp teeth!
- Body is covered in protofeathers, sleek in some areas, really fluffy in others.
- Drawn plantigrade when wearing sneakers or pants.
- The alt. cow palette is just for fun. Please only use it when asked!
While what is drawn for their ref is their main form, Treestar can shapeshift into any dinosaur or prehistoric reptile or hybrid of such creatures. They can be scientifically accurate or Jurassic Park-like, anything goes.
