Ayuka Katayama

Koto's mother. She's far less frustrating to him than Daiki, but she still tends to get on his nerves every so often. Growing up, Koto was a bit of a momma's boy and clung closely to her. She often uses this against him by telling his friends all about it and showing them his baby photos. Needless ot say, this one reason why he can't stand her.

She loves both of her children dearly, and spoils them rotten. Although Koko readily and willingly accepts this spoiling, Koto refuses anything she tries to give him, claiming that he doesnt want hand-outs. She always ignores him and ends up buying him things regardless.

She has a great relationship with her husband, and often gets emotional about how much she loves him and her family in general only to snap out of it almost on command when Koto yells at her to knock it off.

Daiki Katayama

Koto's father. An eccentric and excitable man who is very verbal about his love for his family. Like Ayuka, he spoils them rotten with the money he earns from his job as a distribution manager for LEO Corporation. Koto has always rejected him, but this has only made his determination to get through to him stronger over the years. Most attempts at showing Koto affection end with Daiki getting a fist in his face.

He's a somewhat arrogant man who isn't afraid to admit that he knows how handsome he is, or how beautiful his wilfe is. Notably, he uses the personal pronoun 'watakushi' when referring to himself.

He values his family above all else, and would do anything under the sun for them. Due to this, he's become Koko's favorite, as she loves being spoiled.
