Dr. Maddock

Dr. Maddock is the chosen name of a rather eccentric harpy from the city-state of Fuyumel. Their origins are mysterious, and they like it that way; they would much rather focus on the uncertain future rather than their past. They are chaotic and have a very short attention span, always needing to keep their hands busy and flitting from project to project like a moth to a flame. Though they are incredibly intelligent, they do not always know how to communicate their ideas, leading to frustration and occasional lashing out. Additionally, they suffer frequent migraines and are prone to overstimulation and nosebleeds.

Dr. Maddock does not actually have a degree of any kind, as they were expelled from the prestigious university they attended for reasons they would rather not disclose. They insist on being referred to as a doctor regardless, though, and will not respond if their full title is not used.

As a harpy of science, Dr. Maddock prides themself on not believing in superstitions such as the gods or magic. They can be a bit of an asshole about it, yeah. Perhaps there is a deeper reason behind their atheism, but if so they are not exactly willing to disclose it. Though they are no mage, Dr. Maddock is skilled in combat and more than capable of defending themself should the need arise.
