O'kobo is a young miqo'te of barely twenty-four summers with seemingly boundless energy and a smile to match. He's jovial to a fault and easy to get along with, but deadly serious and precise where it counts. Where it doesn't... well, he's more than a bit of a klutz.
His Echo ability, Nature's Voice, allows him to communicate with animals, a skill he most frequently employs in both chocobo training and information gathering. After all, men are wont to say many things around a bird they don't think can listen.
O'kobo is an energetic, self-sufficient, and perhaps over-confident man. His family describes him as "sunshine in the body of a cat," and his friends describe him as "chaotically stupid." Although he rarely plans in advance, his wits tend to lead him through most sticky situations he finds himself in, though not always cleanly. The only exception to this apparent rule is when it involves his trades—in these, he is at the top of his game: focused, precise, and deadly where he needs to be. The switch between these two halves of his persona has been described by some as "unnerving," and by others as "inspiring." When he has his mind set on a goal, he is nearly impossible to stop.
- Scars are the result of assorted chocobo incidents. It's par for the course when you're raising temperamental horsebirds.
- Neither a Warrior of Light nor a Scion.
- Highly food-motivated. Will try anything (at least) once.
- His personal chocobo is named Biscuit.
- Despite what his Echo ability might make one expect, he is not a vegetarian. That said, he will not kill his meat himself, and has above-average foraging skills (and no small amount of poison resistance) to make up the survival gaps.
- Well-versed in herbal poisons and remedies. Carries raw supplies in his bag, and what he might need to blend in a pinch on his person. Rarely carries ready-made supplies unless he expects to need them in the very near future.
A pair of silver-colored daggers made of an unknown, but very hard, material. The methods of their creation is a tribal secret. The handles are wrapped in leather and bear a few small yellow feathers and red beads.
A greataxe picked up during his time in Limsa Lominsa. Fairly unimpressive as far as axes go; though it was made for combat, he primarily uses it for woodcutting. Heavy but well balanced.

The Kweh tribe are a nomadic people native to Doma. There are a number of clans throughout the continent, all of whom are considered part of the greater whole and who treat each other as kin whenever their caravans meet. Though their primary trade is in chocobos, they are valuable as information brokers and have no few number of highly skilled assassins among their number. They value the preservation of their own above all else. Their primary god is Oschon, the Wanderer.
With the occupation of Doma successfully beaten back by the Warrior of Light, the Kweh tribe began to look to the seas, hungry for knowledge of the lands beyond their borders. With the blessing of his Elders, O'kobo, the eldest child of his clan's leader, ventured across the ocean to Limsa Lominsa.
Although welcomed as an adventurer upon making landfall, O'kobo had little actual interest in adventuring, and instead made his way to Limsa's guilds to begin to chronicle Eorzea's peoples and cultures. In short order, he found himself welcomed into the arms of the Rogue's Guild, with whom he eagerly traded skills and knowledge to augment his existing skillset.
