Son of the former guardian Koa. He now keeps Koa's village in order and protects them from all harm. He has singlehandedly fought invasions and ambushes himself.
He is the one human to get incredibly close to Cadmium.
Mako is a strong, well-mannered man with few words. As the son of Koa, he only tries to get involved in social things when necessary for the village so he can stay focused on keeping the village secured and healthy. He keeps a majority of his emotions to himself. He holds a lot of beliefs that Koa has, but there are some he does not agree on. His feelings on witches are one of these. While Koa believes they should be killed for any transgressions, Mako believes that only punishment and trying to keep them out the village is necessary. These feelings are challenged when Cadmium's group comes into play. Despite his steadfast and stoic nature, Mako is also capable of loving.
- He likes shy and vulnerable girls, as it lets him fulfill a protecting role that he likes. In actuality, he only likes these personality traits because of Cadmium. He probably would not care if another displayed these traits.
- He is fond of festivals. His face is painted to represent this as well as the village hosting these frequently.
- He dislikes blushing, it makes him very embarrassed and feel too vulnerable. He learns to accept this as natural during his journey however.
- His hard working soul renders it impossible for a spirit to possess him. The only other human with this trait is General Cagliostro Korsakov.
His main weapon passed down from Koa himself. The handle is made of a strong metal and has gorgeous craftsmanship.

As of current, Mako wears a black kimono adorned with beautiful red designs. It is slightly opened, showing his breasts and the war scars engraved on them. He also sports typical black pants which are puffed at the end from being tucked in. He wears shiny black boots to finish off his outfit. Armor is also carefully placed on his vulnerable body parts.

An unlikely friendship that grows into something beautiful. At first sight, Mako was already shunning her and her team to leave the village, stating witches have caused enough damage. Cadmium realizes the decimated agriculture
While you couldn't tell physically looking at her, Cordelia was riddled with separation anxiety during her cell time.
"Shall we have bacon and oatmeal for breakfast again, Nadine?"
Cordelia's beloved master. She will never forget her kindness for giving her and Monika asylum after an ambush in the Land of the Unspoken. Both sisters were treated as Nadine's own. Nadine secretly favoritizes Cordelia, but only by a small margin, she promises.

When Cordelia married Delite, she was first to accept him into the family compared to Monika who took a while. She loves him like she loves her past father, albeit quietly. She hates his cooking though. Unlike Nadine, she does not refer to Delite as master and just as her father.
