Personality: Andrew has always passed the blame on. He has never gotten in trouble because of his quickness to lie a good lie, and still does it to this day. He is always willing to put someone else in the fire instead of himself and will do anything to get more money. He is very rich and always thinks of others as below him, causing the more country people to hate his guts. That doesn´t stop him from making a profit, though. He makes a lot of money off of Gains Arcade, and the clubs he lets people hold at the place after closing hours.

Bio: Andrew Parkers was raised by rich parents that didn´t care what he did as long as he stayed out of their hair and their business. He grew up rich and ended up doing shady things just like his father when he grew up. He inherited enough money from them when he turned 20 to start his own business, which he did. He created Gains Arcade, which is called that because, well, he gains from people's poor spending habits, which he wholesomely encourages as long as he makes a profit on it. He stills owns the arcade, and has added virtual reality to make more money as well. He has a record that can´t be proved, which really annoys authorities, and he knows he has power over his fate.
