Hailey's family runs a small local store called Grace Bathworks. It was always the family's intention for her to take it over when they retire, so she worked her whole life in preperation to run the business. She had some close friends and dated sparingly but most of her time was spent in school, on extra curriculars and prep-school.

She met Melody Bellamy-Carter in University. She thought it would be a brief courtship like all her past ones but she fell for her hard and fast. They are very close and very supportive of each other. They sometimes seem like very different people, but Melody helps bring her out of her shell, and Hailey helps ground her a bit. She does her best to get along with Melody's family, but some of them drive her up the wall, especially her brother.
