Tarr is an overseer of humanity, in an alternate world from our own. In this universe, humans have longer lifespans, and do not perish of natural causes; for this purpose, their population is remained stagnant and controlled via those who oversee its progress. This aggregation consists of demons, angels, deities, and others; Tarr themselves in considered the latter, as they are a fallen angel.

They, in specific, serve as a top executive of sending humans to the underworld, and they extremely enjoy their job—likely more than they should. They indeed always take great joy in damning humans, yet they also do have a slightly eerie, yet loving side to them.
