Other Details: Her mother was from Sinnoh, so she often visted visiting Sinnoh, and ended up seeing lots of Pokemon Contests, causing her to start dreaming of winning one, before she even had a pokemon of her own. About a year before BW, she caught her first pokemon, a shiny Venipede, which she named Ruby after learning that shiny Scolipede are a brilliant red. She starts traveling around Unova about halfway through BW, so she can train Ruby enough so she evolves.
She dresses in a Venipede themed outfit because she thinks they're cute.
