Kelp

Kelp is half leafwing half seawing, and he has a younger sister named buggy. he is very confident and sociable, at times he can be a bit stubborn, but he is very protective and cares a lot about his younger sister. he has no leafwing or seawing powers (leafspeak or animus), but his golden scales are very shiny, and his wings have an iridescent sheen to them in the sun. his wings and leaf-shaped tail tip are known to change to a deeper golden colour when exposed to the sun for prolonged periods of time. his blue stripes can glow like a seawing, however he does not have enough of them to speak coherent aquatic, even if he ever learnt aquatic, which he did not. he can breathe underwater due to his gills, however his less powerful leafwing shaped tail makes him not as good of a swimmer as other seawings, however he can still swim relatively well using his wings and webbed talons.
