Kharlotte

Kharlotte is an asexual woman from a bankrupt wealthy family. Compelled by aesthetics and a taste for wine she sought work at Castle Dimitrescu. There she had come to find that Lady Dimitrescu has been using maiden blood to create her wine. Unbeknownst to the Dimitrescu family, Kharlotte had a bloodlust of her own. She became a means of luring other maidens to their demise. Eventually she became corrupted by the mold; her mutation allows her to manipulate static and radio waves. Her eyes have transformed into twin maws with several rows of teeth. These teeth can elongate.
