hello!! ill try to keep this short but if u have any questions feel free to ask me!!

breaking of tos will result in a blacklist/block - i wont revoke designs but i will prohibit you from getting any more of my designs/art

I. RESELL/TRADE:

- if you got a character for free (raffle included) do not sell or trade them for anything unless it has added art (commissions, gifts, and personal art all count for this, uncolored sketches dont)

- do not resell any characters for more than you bought them for without added art - bv usually in ownership logs (only applies to ocs bought with money)

- you can give my designs to people without toyhouse but do not delete their profile !!! if you private them to follow this let me know so i know you didnt delete it + i know you arent the current owner

- my only blacklisted user is V4MPZ. please do not give or sell any of my designs to them. 

II. REDESIGNS:

- redesign my designs however you want! just please keep the original ref/design up somewhere and credit me for the original design 

- if you turn a redesign into a separate character (i.e. for closed species) please still credit me as a designer

- you can edit my art for color/design changes or removing small things but please keep the original visible (credit my alt huohuo when uploading changed versions of my art)

- if the character is dark skinned/poc please do not whitewash them 

III. MISC:
- co-owning is ok! please credit any additional profiles to my alt, huohuo !

- please do not delete any character profiles off of toyhouse. if you think you have a good reason to, please dm me first. auth only/privating profiles is fine!

- my designs are never intended to be any gender, you are free to do whatever with that
