 Distant half cousin of Ellis; their ancestors mixed genes with Volcalans and sent noble relatives to live in IoV out of convenience/safety 150 years ago. Scholar, archivist, historian in KoC, often works in KoC, Helvonia, and IoV. Eccentric, easygoing, loves humor and quick to laugh. He is savvy and strategic, so he is often consulted for political and war advice by a trusted/high ranked HC member. He thinks Egen sucks up to him too much and holds him in too high an esteem.
