 Mem’s TOS
 You are expected to follow and comply with these rules when you purchase and/or receive adopts and arts from me. Breaking these rules, can lead to you being blocked and/or blacklisted from purchasing from me in the future.
 -Please only serious offers/bids and have the money/points on hand. As I dont do holds unless you have purchased from me before.
-Holds are max 48 hrs, exception if you have purchased from me before
- You have 24 hrs to respond if you have won an adopt, if you do not reply within that time period I will assume you are no longer interested and the adopt will be back on sale.
- These are for personal use only, commercial use is more $$
 -You do not need to credit me every time for the design, but it is preferred if you credit me just once
-If you do resell them, please don't resell for higher than what you bought the adoptable for. (with the exception of extra art that comes with the character)
 -No refunds or returns, so please be sure when you are purchasing the adopt.
-Feel free to make any changes to the design afterwards, however not on original artwork
 -Trading or gifting the adoptable are fine.  
-Paypal purchases- please send via 'Goods and Services' not 'Friends and family'.
-Please save the separate image(s) for your adoptable and art, as I most of the time I clean out my folders and may not have the image anymore.
- Please don't copy, trace, distribute or heavily reference my adopts or work without permission. Only re-upload if you are the rightful owner of the adopt!!
