Ability:
Time reversal/flash forward: The ability he got from the shadow council. He was the one that commited to do the council's bidding, though what their bidding was no one knows for sure.
What Time reversal/ flash forward does is it lets him time travel with his trinket holding his cloak. When activated it glows as the clock on it either goes in reverse or forward as he travels. It takes a bit to get it working again once he travels. Time Travel rules apply here with trying to avoid being in the same room with yourself or others that recognize him.
