Claude is an entertainer through and through, he always makes sure all eyes are on him, but not because he's egotistical or anything. Claude wants to spread love and cheer throughout the world, and what better way than through his performances! Deep below his cheerful facade is a miserable and depressed man who has lost all hope for humanity.

Personality

More than anything in the world, Claude wants to see people smile and laugh. He'll go out of his way to entertain others, whether it be through his performances on his violin or by doing something silly, he won't stop unless he knows he's made people smile and feel even just a tiny bit happy. However, this is merely a mask he wears for the public. His kindness and his sympathy for others isn't fake, but his optimism and his cheerfulness is all a facade. Deep down he's extremely depressed and terrified of what the future has in store for him. He wants to live a happy and modest life, but he feels like that happy future will never come.

Background

Claude grew up beside his twin sister Serpentine. It was rare to see the two of them separated, they were a package duo. They grew up in a little house out in the woods with their two mothers. Life wasn't hard for the four of them, Claude was happiest during his childhood and was always so cheerful and upbeat, although a tiny bit shy. His family all got along with one another as well, there were only ever small arguments over small things, but other than that it was a loving environment. Well, it was until their mothers suddenly disappeared one day, leaving Claude and Serpentine alone to care for themselves. As the days passed and his mothers never returned, Claude's depression started to show itself, getting worse and worse every second, to the point that he believes that they're dead and they had left him on purpose, because they hadn't actually loved him and that he was just a burden. He left home with Serpentine to try to find their mothers, but he believes they never will find them, but while they're on their adventure he hopes he can make other people smile in hopes that they never feel the same kind of pain he feels.

Trivia

• In one campaign that has ended, in the future he turns into a centipede-like monster that lives at the bottom of the ocean due to his depressive thoughts, and he timetravels back in time to kill his former self. I think that's very epic and also associate him with bugs now cause of it.
• He bejeweled his violin himself.
• He's trying to find "the perfect boy", but also doesn't think that he'll ever find love.
• He doesn't have the same last name as his twin sister, I just wanted to give him a silly name.
