Cloud is a soft spoken but kind dragon, she would be happy to help anyone if she was allowed to. Despite her kindness, she is cowardly and scared, she avoids doing the wrong things because she fears the consequences that would come with it. Despite being neglected herself, Cloud respected her mother, Queen Sunrise.

She wanted so desperately to have a relationship with her sister, Agate, but the latter kept pushing her away and even scaring her off. Cloud still loved her sister and tried to do everything in her power to try to do something for her, but Agate kept ignoring her efforts, but Cloud still persisted.

Cloud hatched from a twin sized egg with Agate. They were both princesses to the skywing kingdom, and daughters to Queen Sunrise. That is they would have been if Sunrise wasn’t picky with her daughters. She despised Agate as well, but she despised Cloud even more, she hated the idea of an ashscale dragon running the kingdom of skywings.

Cloud watched as her sister grew further and further away, from what they had (which was somewhat a relationship where they talked a little bit) and eventually watched her sister execute traitors to the skywing kingdom in the arena.

The smaller skywing craved so much for someone to recognize her just one time. Cloud wanted to have a friend so much, but was always brushed off and even degraded and insulted. She would try to mirror other people's interest to try to have a relationship, but was brushed off once more. She was so happy to have met Jackal, she would often wonder what it'd be like to rule their tribes together.

Before she was killed by Agate, she finally let her thoughts loose and told her off. She was so tired of her life and how she was treated for the vast majority of it, but she was quick to run away when Agate started charging for her.

When she woke up, Cloud was lying in soft grass, and just kinda lied there for a bit to process what happened. She analyzed her life and just saw how pathetic it was. She couldn't help but feel sorry for herself and damned all the skywings for not giving her any chance whatsoever. Cloud blamed her mother the most for neglecting her so much and kicking her out of her only home with no place to go. She was so angry, but sad about being angry.
