Someone who tries to do small things to make others happy, who does try to help out when he notices others.
Always an optimist, he tries to stay cheerful and looking on the bright side of things rather then the dark side of things.
He seems to have a distaste for violence, as it makes him upset. He does his best to not injure people.

Despite appearances he tends to be quite the little nerd. He loves to read and learn more about things even if he doesnt retain them.
He is easily embarassed, or flustered. One compliment and his face is far more flushed then one would expect. His misunderstanding of situations often leads to his own embarassment.
Romance, a lovely thing. His romantic tendancies are often fueled by his love of the shoujo genre in manga. He tends to wonder what it would be like to be treated in such a sweet way.

He is easily persuaded and will believe the most outlandish things if someone tried to convince him of them. He tends to take things at face value when it comes to people explaining things.
He seems to do poorly in school, often drawing and getting distracted instead. It is a miracle how he hasn't stayed back a grade to be honest.

Miles is an Idol that is known by quite a few people. He models and works with a few others that are older then him. He really loves it though and his fans can see it.
Origin
Miles was born into a fairly wealthy family in Kanto. One that leaned into a more traditional mindset. His mother was Charlotte Rosenthral, and his father was Hideyoshi Rosenthral. His family was in charge of importing items into Kanto, and exporting items. A fairly respectable job. One that Miles was expected to take over one day in the future as the only son.
Childhood
His childhood was quite bland all things considered. He was constantly being taught things that would allow him to take over the family buisness, and yet it always seemed to go out the other ear. He couldn't seem to retain all of the information, And didn't see why he should. His elder sisters all were more capable then him in this matter. Why should he be expected to take over a buisness he was never interested in?
During an argument with his father, he was kicked out so that he could learn the meaning of "You should be greatful for this opportunity" He wasn't. To put it short, he ended up moving in with his eldest sister in Lumiose city at the time instead which in turn cut him and his sister off from the families funds. That was the start of well quite a lot.
He was 15 when he got his first contest job, it was to help his sister be able to pay rent. At this time though he ended up falling for another one of the contestests. A fairly pleasant woman who things should have been wonderful with. Something always felt a bit off while dating her, Eventually he was dumped. He never quite understood why but he wasn't too upset.
He continued to do better and even better then expected. This was when he discoved Pokemon Academy, which would later be renamed Marilos Academy. It was a school that held things from battles, to contests. And it's contest program was said to be one of the better ones. His sister seemed to have a little bit of money saved up and was able to help him get his tuition going.
The academy
His time at Marilos Academy was supposed to be fun. He was supposed to enjoy it, to have a nice time. And yet it seems he lost his only friend last year. Since then he began to close himself off bit by bit from others. He still pretends to be happy around them, but the friendship being ended caused him to be a bit more hurt then one would expect. It felt like everything was going wrong...
