Evil German Colonel character I wanted to do for a while, as a counterpart to Kotlinsky. Used an adopt for his pattern. Was in command of a platoon of German soldiers in Norway, but started to lose his mind, and he and his men took things too far. Died in the mountains with the rest of his men after being chased out of town, discovered by scientists from Project Draugr, supposedly "alive"
