Appearance: Though she can only be seen by Stand Users, she is a purple, white, and grey mechanical humanoid with a large chest, knife-like claws at the ends of her hands, A helmet that has a cape hanging from it to give the illusion of the hairstyle she had in life. She is separated by ball joints and axles and has a face that looks as if it is constantly crying, no matter what emotion she is feeling.

Abilities: Like a ghost, (and most Stands) she has the ability to freely float around, phase through walls, and turn herself invisible. Unlike a ghost, she can use her knife-like fingers to cut, slice, and stab with the speed and accuracy of an automatic cutting machine.

Personality: She is a very bitter and sad woman because of the loss of her life, but tries her best to be lively even if she’s dead. She is not very smart because of her past ability to just coast off of her beauty, but she became more wise and willing to give others guidance as she got older. She doesn’t have many skills to teach other than people skills, but those are good skills to learn.

Background: Once a living woman named Tomoe Ryusei, she was the older sister of Shinka. Taller, more popular, and less intelligent than her sister, she often annoyed Shinka, leading to the two having a one-sided rivalry; Shinka hating Tomoe, but Tomoe just seeing that as silly overreactions. She worked as a staff member at a very popular arcade, and her beauty helped attract customers. One customer in particular however caught her attention. A man named Stanley Goodwin was rich, handsome, and had great chemistry with her. After a few dates during his stay in Japan, Stanley convinced her to move to America with him and become his wife.

They were happily married for ten years, Tomoe learned English, They had a son named Toby, and she adjusted well to living in the states. Three years after Toby was born, she had bought a rare piece of Italian jewelry that she and Stanley could share. This turned out to be a fragment of the Stand Arrow, and once she opened the packaging, she accidentally pricked her finger on it. She didn’t pay much mind, but after the same accidental pricking happened to Toby, he seemed to have gained the ability to stop everything from moving within a room for ten seconds. She was concerned, Stanley was concerned, and Toby didn’t know what was going on because he was a toddler. A few days later, the family was invited to a picnic with the Moletowns, another wealthy family that was great friends with the Goodwins. The once-trusted family poisoned her and Stanley’s food, killing them instantly.

Hours after her death, Tomoe Goodwin was reborn as a Stand known as Ghost of Jealousy, cursed to wander the world and enact revenge on her killers.
