So Smoke has been one of my favorites from a young age.  He used to be an eagle, then I made him a hybrid of an eagle and dragon.  I came to terms with him being a cool looking dragon.  And for a moment I almost gave him up for adoption but decided against it because I thought up a nice story for him.  Mainly that he will be the rival to Saga, like how Knuckles, Shadow, and Jet are Rivals to Sonic.
