CUSTOM ART PIECES What is a custom art piece? An original piece may include a reference sheet of a particular character, any kind of commissioned art piece, or any kind of free art piece. -As the producer of the artwork, I reserve the right to repost and publish artwork to promote myself, to display where I like and to post wherever I like. -The artwork may be posted wherever the commissioner pleases, but sufficient credits should be given, especially when the site has a crediting feature such as toyhouse. -The commissioner may not attempt to use the work for profit unless discussed prior. -The commissioner may not trace or close reference the artwork. -The artwork may only be resold with its respective character and not individually. -Works such as t-shirts and badges may be created using the artwork, as long as it is for personal use.

CUSTOM DESIGNS What is a custom design? A character design, also known as an adoptable, is a singular image depicting a design of any species. It may be used as an OC for roleplay, or simply to collect art of. If a custom design comes with additional art, it may be sold at a higher price. -Designs may not be bought with the sole purpose of reselling. -The buyer may resell purchased designs may be resold both onsite and offsite for whatever price you please, however, note the above rule. -I must remain credited for the design, no matter where it is posted. Please credit Skyetic. -The buyer may make any kind of alteration to the design, however, no matter the changes, I will remain the creator of the design. -The buyer may not make the design into any kind of closed or open species. -As the producer of the design, I reserve the right to repost and publish artwork to promote myself, to display where I like and to post wherever I like. -Designs that have been awarded for free may not be resold and can only be traded for other characters, unless the buyer has purchased artwork for the design in question. -Purchased designs may be used commercially in the form of stickers and badges.
