Just an odd homeless seagull dude who really likes trash cans for some reason. everybody's confused as to how the hell he's even still alive and surviving around bay towns. Especially since he's been around since the  Cold War. Many believe his odd behavior is due to shell shock. He also calls everybody 'comrade' for some reason. But he's actully kinda nice and would offer you a french fry he found laying on the ground
